The Weighted Vest turns up the burn on your bodyweight exercises, conditioning workouts, and cardio sessions. Adjustable for a snug fit, it hugs your body like your favourite hoodie but adds, well, weights.
Using it is simple: slide in your desired weight vest plates (aka: ruck plates) — available in 5lb, 7.5lb, 10lb, and 20lb pairs — and secure them with the hook & look system, then strap the vest on. It’s highly adjustable with thick-padded shoulder straps & raised padded areas inside, improving breathability.
The weight vest stays close to your body, so you can focus on form. Plus, you can clip the oversized rings on the front and back to your Dreadmill or sled-pull attachments… because nothing says "fun" like dragging a sled down your alley.
